Raj Aseervatham
Raj has 30+ years of social, environmental, ethics and governance experience across private and public sectors, predominantly in energy, mining and infrastructure. He has been a mining regulator in Australia and a project development manager with mining giants BHP and Rio Tinto. Raj was most recently, for 8 years of substantial company growth, the VP for Sustainable Development, Communities and ESG Performance at Origin Energy; a top-20 ASX-listed unconventional gas, renewables and utility company with operations around the world.
He is a published business author, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, with a PhD in environmental engineering and an MBA majoring in international business.

David Shirley
David has 35+ years of environmental, social, governance (ESG) and sustainable development (SD) experience, revolving mainly around the energy and natural resources sectors having worked with multinational mining and oil and gas companies. David specialises in integrating ESG and SD management into mainstream business process through a deep understanding of the material importance of risks and opportunities in the context of business performance.
He has previously held senior management positions at Technica, Det Norsk Veritas and KPMG. At KPMG, he was the Director of Global Sustainability Services, responsible for strategy and assurance services to major listed companies around the world. He sat on a FTSE4Good committee and was a company representative at World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). David has worked globally; in Asia, Africa, South America, North America and both Western and Eastern Europe.
